Basic level:
Register your venue or event on the National Events Database. You will help create a holistic picture of what is happening, where and when.
By registering on the database you will receive information on the national and local threat posture, industry trends and be able to participate in analysis of informative metrics.
Standard tier:
The DSC will monitor your event ecosystem - ‘beyond the fence’ providing situational awareness of the threat picture, adverse conditions including weather, transportation, infrastructure, cyber amongst others.
The DSC provides a secure file sharing facility so that assessments, site plans, policies and procedures can be recorded and shared with the authorities securely.
The DSC will link into NaCTSO and will maintain strategic level representation for the Police, Fire and Ambulance services, reducing the need for multiple Gold and Silver level responders in any one geography or location.
ENHANCED tier:
In addition to the Standard Tier provisions the DSC will provide a back-up control room facility should you need to evacuate your own.
The DSC will monitor a secure Hot Line with your control room while your event is running.
Add-on services:
Social Media monitoring.
Incident management and logging.
The DSC, through its affiliates, will promote an accredited training programme available to members.
The DSC, through its affiliates, will implement a UK National Standard for ‘events’.
The DSC will provide newsletters, through established publications, to MC3 members sharing information on trends, themes and threat posture.
The DSC will be able to collate and disseminate data on incidents, trends, attendance, economic impact summaries.
The DSC will be able to promote useful products and services to its membership and act as a forum for sector representation.
